Senior Rewards Analyst - ContractualThe Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, sales incentive plans, job architecture, salary ranges, and pay equity analysis. This role provides strategic and analytical support across enterprise-wide initiatives such as compensation planning, market benchmarking, and salary structure design. Responsibilities also include evaluating job roles, analyzing market data, and ensuring both internal equity and external competitiveness. The analyst contributes to executive benchmarking and supports annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, and compliance with relevant laws and governance standards.
Job Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Provides support for the assessment, design, implementation as well as administration of compensation and rewards programs and policies globally.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for a wide range of roles, including executive-level positions.
- Supports the preparation of compensation related materials for senior leadership.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and equity awards.
- Partner with Reward and HR Business Partners to provide compensation guidance for new hires, promotions, and internal mobility.
- Support in the design of enterprise level plans and programs, working closely within the Reward COE in providing analysis support.
- Participate in various external compensation surveys and manage relationships with external survey providers.
- Analyze market data applying range development methodology where we have fresh data and propose ranges or set of ranges.
- Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, and internal positioning to inform recommendations and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain compensation dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Supports in the testing of existing and new functionalities for the workforce compensation and any other Reward technology tools.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency).
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partners on Global Reward projects as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
- Brings 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with strong working knowledge of internal compensation programs, external market practices, and job leveling frameworks- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of macros will be preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent in Data Mining, Data analysis, Number Crunching
- Engages in analytic and pragmatic problem solving. Makes suggestions and provides information for innovative changes or improvements to the program
- Exhibits learning agility and active knowledge seeking along with a working knowledge of industry standards
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization and planning skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects and project components with inter-related asset and timing dependencies
