Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage automation and AI project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track progress against OKRs Technical Delivery Management: Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and AI/ML engineers to deliver solutions on platforms like UiPath*, Microsoft Power Platform*, and AI frameworks Guide the technical scoping, design, and integration efforts for process automation, document intelligence, agentic AI bots, and decisioning workflows Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for business units, IT, and leadership teams Translate business needs into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and benefits Quality & Risk Management: Implement governance, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure reliable, compliant automation outcomes Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change control Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay current with automation, AI, and agentic AI trends Champion reusability, scalability, and best practices within the COE Qualifications: Bacheloror Masterdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in automation, RPA, AI/ML, or digital transformation Hands-on exposure to UiPath*, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps*, or equivalent automation platforms Understanding of AI concepts like NLP, document understanding, LLMs, and agentic frameworks is a strong plus Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed organization Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Agile certification (e g, SAFe, Scrum Master) is desirable Preferred Attributes: Experience working in a COE or Center of Excellence model Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and API integrations
