The Revenue Generation Specialist plays a key role in expanding MantraCare’s footprint across B2C and B2B wellness markets.


Role Summary

The Revenue Generation Specialist is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads across MantraCare’s wellness programs. This role focuses on identifying potential corporate clients, healthcare partners, and individual customers, and ensuring a steady pipeline that contributes directly to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential B2B clients (corporates, schools, insurers, hospitals) for MantraCare’s wellness and mental health programs.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.
  • Generate B2C leads for therapy, physiotherapy, weight loss, and chronic care programs through outreach.
  • Initiate outbound communication via email, WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and program fit; hand over qualified leads to the Sales or Partnerships team.


Revenue & Pipeline Support

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active leads and follow-ups for various MantraCare programs.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead volume, quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to support revenue forecasts and business planning.
  • Assist in optimizing scripts, outreach templates, and lead workflows.


Marketing & Campaign Alignment

  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and outreach for campaigns such as:
  • Corporate wellness offerings
  • Mental health programs
  • Chronic care management programs
  • Provide insights on customer pain points and campaign performance.


CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / internal tools).
  • Segment leads based on geography, company size, and wellness needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy guidelines.


Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development (healthcare/wellness experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with HR heads, corporate decision-makers, and individual clients.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers across global markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • High-energy, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
