Role Overview: At GoodSpace.ai, we are redefining hiring by leveraging our AI recruiter to find, screen, and evaluate talent in under an hour, resulting in hiring that is 10x faster and smarter. As we scale rapidly, we are now focusing on building our next growth engine, which involves Sales + TA pods that take full ownership of client accounts from end to end. The role of a Revenue Generation Partner is designed for individuals who are eager to take charge of the client journey rather than just closing deals. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive as a unified team managing all aspects from initial conversations to ensuring sustained account growth. Your primary focus will be on bringing in the right clients, understanding their hiring needs, and positioning GoodSpace as a trusted solution provider. While you are responsible for setting expectations, your TA partner will be tasked with delivering the desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client relationships from the initial outreach to long-term renewals - Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities - Collaborate with your TA partner to ensure the delivery of high-quality hires efficiently - Maintain a robust pipeline and organized, data-backed CRM - Utilize insights to upsell, retain, and expand accounts - Serve as the face of intelligent hiring for GoodSpace.ai, portraying a polished and modern image Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment business development - Strong closing skills with clear and structured communication abilities - Confidence in presenting to various stakeholders such as founders, HR leaders, and CXOs - A metrics-driven approach focusing on conversions, pipeline health, and revenue - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Bonus Points: - Experience in selling HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment services - Exposure to account-based sales or recurring revenue models - Understanding of hiring cycles and talent pipelines Additional Company Details: - Work directly with your TA counterpart to build and grow recurring accounts - Own your accounts with a sense of ownership, where every success is a personal victory - Opportunity for rapid career advancement, starting from an account owner to pod lead to business manager - Competitive base salary along with aggressive performance incentives - Join a high-energy, no-excuses team that is reshaping how India approaches hiring practices,
