About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive a national-level Reverse Logistics and Quality Check (RVP-QC) service. This role involves building the service from the ground up, integrating operations and technology to manage returns for sectors like fashion, electronics, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Capability Building

• Design standard models for reverse pickup and quality checks at doorstep, hubs, and micro-centers
• Create SOPs, training material, and fraud control processes
• Work with tech teams to build dashboards, tracking tools, and exception management systems
• Mobilize internal and external partners to implement a nationwide execution network

P&L Ownership & Business Growth

• Own revenue, cost, and profitability for the RVP-QC vertical
• Develop customized solutions for high-value clients
• Create pricing and bundling models for different customer segments
• Drive client onboarding, pilots, and conversion into long-term contracts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance
• Act as the key escalation point and ensure SLA compliance during scale-up

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor KPIs like QC accuracy, turnaround time, pickup success rates, and customer satisfaction
• Use client feedback and analytics to drive improvements
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and SLA ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10 to 12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
• Proven experience in reverse logistics or returns management with integrated QC
• At least 5 years in leadership roles with responsibility for P&L or service design
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C logistics environments
• Data-driven decision maker with operational and tech fluency
• Excellent communication and team management skills

Education

Success Indicators (Within 12–18 Months):

• Reverse + QC capability active across key regions
• 5–10 high-value clients onboarded
• QC accuracy above 98%, turnaround time under 24 hours in metros
• Client satisfaction (NPS) consistently above 60
• Profitable reverse logistics business established
