Role Overview We're looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to amplify customer lifetime value and loyalty across channels - with a strong focus on email, WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, and in-app journeys. You'll help design scalable retention strategies, lead marketing automation initiatives, and act as a support backbone for our existing retention lead - especially during launch cycles and periods of high demand. This role is both strategic and execution-focused, perfect for someone eager to work across data, content, and customer experience in a fast-paced D2C environment.
