The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a motivated team. This role requires a strong understanding of retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fashion and trends . Key Responsibilitie s: Sales and Profitabili ty: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitabil ity.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvem ent.Analyze sales trends and ensure effective product merchandis ing. Customer Experi ence: Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfa ction.Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professio nally.Train staff on customer service best prac tices. Team Mana gement: Recruit, train, and mentor stor e staff.Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize produ ctivity.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide f eedback. Operations Ma nagement: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing p rocedures.Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company g uidelines.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for rep lenishments.Manage stock audits and prevent shrinkag e or losses.Implement effective inventory contr ol measures. Compliance a nd Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and saf ety standards.Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.Submit timely reports to management on stor e performance .
