A leading premium retail showroom is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee overall store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure high standards of customer service and team management. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance appraisals, and discipline as required.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock assessments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal and store profitability.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and execute strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate goals, expectations, and store updates.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and initiatives for business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a retail store manager, preferably in premium or branded retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail analytics.
• Results-driven and adept at achieving sales targets and KPIs.
