Job Title: Jewellery Store Manager Location: Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in the diamond jewellery industry Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on interview performance) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity: To work with a leading and reputed jewellery brand About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Jewellery Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Delhi . This role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a deep understanding of the luxury jewellery segment, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate must possess rich experience in Polki, Jadau, Kundan, Lab-Grown Diamonds, Gemstones , and other high-value jewellery categories. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations & Management Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations Ensure a luxurious and seamless in-store customer experience Maintain high standards in store presentation, security, hygiene, and compliance Manage inventory, merchandise display, and ensure product care and stock accuracy Sales Strategy & Customer Relationship Management Drive store sales through client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through exceptional service Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and manage exclusive appointments for premium clientele Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure the store meets its performance KPIs Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellence Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous skill development Promote a team culture that reflects the brand’s values of integrity, elegance, and excellence Product & Market Knowledge Stay up-to-date with current trends in fine jewellery, gemstones, and evolving customer preferences Educate and train staff on product details and key selling points Offer expert consultation to clients regarding designs, stone quality, certification, and care Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales reports, stock records, and staff performance dashboards Liaise with head office and merchandising teams for stock planning and promotional activities Oversee billing, documentation, and after-sales services Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in a diamond and luxury jewellery retail environment Strong knowledge of Polki, Jadau, Kundan, lab-grown diamonds, and coloured gemstones Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must Professional appearance and polished customer interaction skills Proficient in POS systems, basic reporting, and CRM tools Why Join Us?
