About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Jewellery Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Delhi. This role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a deep understanding of the luxury jewellery segment, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering a premium customer experience.

The ideal candidate must possess rich experience in Polki, Jadau, Kundan, Lab-Grown Diamonds, Gemstones, and other high-value jewellery categories. This is an opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Management

• Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations
• Ensure a luxurious and seamless in-store customer experience
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, security, hygiene, and compliance
• Manage inventory, merchandise display, and ensure product care and stock accuracy

Sales Strategy & Customer Relationship Management

• Drive store sales through client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
• Foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through exceptional service
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and manage exclusive appointments for premium clientele
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure the store meets its performance KPIs

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellence
• Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous skill development
• Promote a team culture that reflects the brand’s values of integrity, elegance, and excellence

Product & Market Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with current trends in fine jewellery, gemstones, and evolving customer preferences
• Educate and train staff on product details and key selling points
• Offer expert consultation to clients regarding designs, stone quality, certification, and care

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate sales reports, stock records, and staff performance dashboards
• Liaise with head office and merchandising teams for stock planning and promotional activities
• Oversee billing, documentation, and after-sales services

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a diamond and luxury jewellery retail environment
• Strong knowledge of Polki, Jadau, Kundan, lab-grown diamonds, and coloured gemstones
• Proven track record in team leadership and target achievement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must
• Professional appearance and polished customer interaction skills
• Proficient in POS systems, basic reporting, and CRM tools
