Job Description

Sales & ProfitabilityDrive Sales performance to meet or exceed store targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, etc. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance. Staff Management Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions when needed. Customer Service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Resolve customer complaints and ensure smooth in-store experience. Train staff on customer engagement and upselling techniques. Financial Oversight Prepare and manage budgets, payroll, and other store expenses. Process transactions, refunds, and ensure accurate cash handling. Report financial performance to area/regional management. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Prevent loss through effective security and inventory control measures. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Inventory & Supply Chain Manage product ordering, deliveries, and stock replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse teams.
