Role Description:   We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship bridal store in Delhi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store functioning, exceptional customer experiences, and achievement of sales goals. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and manage store sales targets consistently. Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8–9 staff members. Maintain store inventory and ensure timely stock availability and documentation. Oversee customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and team coordination. Ensure retail loss prevention and compliance with company policies. Support smooth operations during festive seasons and special sales events . Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in store or retail management (Luxury Brand Preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction record. Experience in retail loss prevention and inventory management. Passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional client experiences. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
