Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for manual indexing, invoice processing, and maintaining exception logs based on input received from the supplier. Additionally, you will independently perform transactional tasks to support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes. Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, verifying receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies will also be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare SOPs or process manuals as per client and process requirements, adhere to internal compliance policies, and perform daily internal audits to ensure guideline adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Manual indexing and invoice processing as per supplier input - Maintaining exception logs for process-related exceptions - Independently performing transactional tasks to support compliance, planning, and execution - Reviewing and processing employee expense reports - Verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with company policies - Preparing SOPs or process manuals as per client and process requirements - Adhering to internal compliance policies and guidelines - Performing daily internal audits to ensure guideline adherence Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) - Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office - Good communication skills,
