The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals 2. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team 3. Ensure exceptional customer service and customer experience 4. Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance 5. Control costs, adhere to budget guidelines, and minimize losses 6. Recruit, train, and develop sales associates 7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback 8. Implement company policies, procedures, and standards 9. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions 10. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment Requirements: 1. 2-5 years of retail management experience 2. Strong leadership and team management skills 3. Excellent customer service and communication skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems 6.
