At Baby Forest Ayurveda, we craft heritage-inspired Ayurvedic skincare and wellness products for little ones. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead, manage, and grow our retail presence across stores and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring seamless and delightful customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail staff to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s values.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights to optimize in-store performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency across all retail locations.
• Develop and implement retail sales strategies and promotional events to drive footfall and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, focusing on loyalty and repeat business.
• Monitor and review performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies, regulations, and brand guidelines.

Experience and Skills

• 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or management roles — preferably in beauty, wellness, or skincare.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on achieving sales and operational efficiency.
• Passion for heritage-inspired, Ayurvedic, or skincare brands is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,762.98 - ₹39,529.05 per month
