Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the retail store, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience . You will lead a team, analyze market trends, and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability . Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers. Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Store & Team Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service . Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor and improve the store's visual appeal and product presentation. Customer Relationship & Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and corporate clients . Ensure a premium customer experience , handling queries and concerns effectively. Organize promotional events and in-store campaigns to boost footfall and engagement . Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead. Provide insights on consumer preferences, pricing strategies, and sales performance . Maintain sales reports, customer data, and feedback for continuous improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3-8 years of retail sales experience (preferably in furniture, lifestyle, or premium brands). Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations . Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and inventory management .
