Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Performance

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned sub-region.
  
• Monitor and ensure billing within approved discount parameters.
  

2. Operations & Market Development

• Activate and manage dealer relationships to strengthen channel presence.
  
• Acquire new dealers in uncovered or underperforming territories.
  
• Generate qualified leads through architects, contractors, and channel partners.
  
• Improve lead-to-order conversion through structured follow-ups and effective engagement.
  
• Plan and execute market engagement programs including dealer meets and architect events.
  

3. Architect / Specifier Engagement

• Conduct regular meetings with architects/specifiers and track project enquiries.
  
• Build long-term relationships with influencers to drive brand specifications in projects.
  

4. Dealer Relationship & Feedback

• Maintain high levels of dealer satisfaction through structured engagement and feedback mechanisms.
  
• Escalate dealer concerns for timely resolution and service improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  
• 36 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in furniture, building materials, or allied industries.
  
• Demonstrated experience in dealer acquisition, relationship management, and sales achievement.
