About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations in Vytila, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2C retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Monitor and enhance the customer experience and handle customer feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and implement promotional activities to increase footfall and sales conversions.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay updated with trends.
• Travel occasionally for client visits, market analysis, training, and brand events.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

• 5–8 years of proven experience in B2C retail sales.
• Preferred industry experience in building materials, hardware, or home décor.

Salary:

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Travelling:

• Primarily showroom-based role with occasional travel for client meetings, market analysis, training, or events as required.
