Retail Planner

You will be responsible for arranging and optimizing product displays to attract customers and maximize visibility. You will maintain adequate stock levels, track inventory, and initiate reorders as needed. Implementing visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging shopping environment will be a key part of your role. You will analyze sales data to identify trends, predict demand, and optimize product placement. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage product availability will also be essential. You will create and organize promotional displays and advertising campaigns. Additionally, you may be involved in setting prices, implementing discounts, and managing pricing promotions. Answering customer questions, assisting with product information, and addressing customer concerns will be part of your daily interactions. You may also be involved in training staff on merchandising procedures and techniques. Troubleshooting issues related to merchandise, supply chain, and product returns will be within your scope of responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shift and morning shift, with a yearly bonus. The work location will be in person.,
