🔹 Build and manage seasonal buy plans & inventory allocation

🔹 Analyze sales, stock, and margin to optimize assortment

🔹 Partner cross-functionally to align product strategy and store performance

🔹 Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities

🔹 Support new store launches and expansion planning

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

🔹 5–8 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or buying (preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry)

🔹 Highly analytical with strong Excel and planning tool expertise

🔹 Passion for consumer trends and retail strategy

🔹 Commercial thinker with attention to detail
