Retail Operations Manager – Hypermarket/Supermarket

Location: Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and manage retail operations in Port Blair. The ideal candidate should come with proven experience in managing hypermarkets, supermarkets, or retail stores dealing with electronics, footwear, or similar products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations across store departments
• Monitor and optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain efficiency
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs and targets
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies
• Maintain visual merchandising, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Conduct training and development for team members
• Report performance metrics to higher management regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail operations
• Preferred experience in hypermarkets, supermarkets, electronics or footwear retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to relocate to Port Blair (Accommodation & food provided)
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems is a plus
