We are looking for a dynamic and driven Retail Marketing Executive to bring fresh ideas and operational excellence to our retail marketing initiatives. If you're passionate about curating impactful in-store experiences, collaborating with retail partners, and executing campaigns that connect with customers, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Campaign Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and implement retail marketing campaigns across key stores and regions. Event Planning & Management: Organize and execute in-store events, launches, and activations with attention to detail and ROI tracking. Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maximizing campaign impact. Retail Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail realty partners to support marketing strategies. Sales Team Coordination: Align marketing initiatives with on-ground sales strategies to drive performance. Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of retail marketing trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns relevant and innovative. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with both internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth execution of all marketing plans. Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and KPIs. What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a retail marketing role Strong communication and organizational skills A creative yet data-driven mindset Experience managing events and working with multiple stakeholders Passion for retail, branding, and customer experience Show more Show less
