Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and data collection skills. This role is crucial for driving sales and gathering market intelligence to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Analyse the market conditions, and potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on executing campaigns
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated with product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers.

· Work closely with other teams, such as sales, merchandising, and creative departments

• Plan and coordinate in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive customer engagement and sales.

Required skills & qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required.

• Candidates should have a pleasing personality
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and analyse market and customer information.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
