Retail Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive – Outlet

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Brand Manager

Location: Retail Outlet / Regional Office

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Outlet Marketing & Promotions*

Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) activities to increase traffic and sales.

Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events at the outlet.

Work with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to produce marketing materials.

*2. Visual Merchandising*

Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed consistently across the outlet.

Support store teams with display updates, signage placement, and campaign rollouts.

Monitor store aesthetics and recommend improvements.

*3. Data, Reporting & Analysis*

Track and report the performance of campaigns (footfall, conversion, sales uplift).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for area-specific trends.

Maintain marketing calendars and provide periodic updates to management.

*4. Collaboration & Communication*

Work closely with outlet managers to understand sales priorities and customer needs.

Liaise with brand managers for alignment on campaigns, branding, and guidelines.

Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and creative teams for timely execution.

*Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in retail marketing / brand marketing / outlet marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
