Job Description

As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing brand marketing, local marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities for retail outlets in Tamil Nadu. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive local engagement, and foster customer loyalty in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives. In the realm of brand marketing, you will be tasked with crafting comprehensive strategies to boost brand visibility and equity. This will involve planning and executing brand campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, and outdoor media. Your role will also include ensuring consistent brand messaging and collaborating with creative teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing content. For local marketing, your focus will shift towards designing and executing localized campaigns tailored to the diverse needs of different regions within Tamil Nadu. You will organize local events, promotions, and sponsorships to bolster community engagement and drive foot traffic to retail outlets. Additionally, you will work closely with store managers to identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities. In the realm of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. This will involve managing the customer database, planning targeted CRM campaigns, and analyzing customer data to identify personalized marketing opportunities. You will also monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention rates. Your role will also encompass overseeing digital marketing efforts, including social media management, online advertising, and content marketing. You will manage the company's website to ensure it is updated with current promotions and relevant content, while also analyzing digital marketing metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Furthermore, you will be expected to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct regular analysis of sales data and marketing metrics, and prepare reports for senior management. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 1-2 years of experience in retail marketing, proficiency in digital marketing tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills for this role include experience in managing marketing activities for multiple retail locations, creative problem-solving abilities, knowledge of local market trends and cultural nuances in Tamil Nadu, and familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
