As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store by ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Your leadership will be key in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and merchandising.

What you’ll do

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and merchandising strategies.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to policies.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and promote loyalty.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and inventory assessments.

Skills

• Proficiency in retail management practices including inventory management and merchandising.

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer engagement.
