Restaurant Supervisor

Designation: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad

It's a fine dining Italian restaurant.

CTC - 26K + service charge+ accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house operations: seating, service flow, reservations, guest interactions.

Monitor and uphold service standards, ensuring guests receive warm, prompt, professional service consistent with the Jamie Oliver brand ethos.

Assist in supervising staff: briefing the team at shift start, ensuring everyone knows their roles, checking grooming/presentation and performance.

Ensure that the floor is clean, well-presented, and that all equipment, tableware and service areas are ready and maintained.

Resolve guest issues/complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalate when required.

Support training of new staff (and ongoing coaching of existing) so that service standards remain high.

Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies (napkins, cutlery, glasses, etc.), coordinate with kitchen/back-of-house for smooth operations.

Work with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to coordinate service timing, special guests/events, menu changes or promotions.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards; assist in audits, inspections and corrective actions.

Assist in shift-planning and scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels for service periods (peak & off-peak).

Maintain accurate records as required (service checklists, guest feedback, incident reports).

Contribute to achieving business targets (revenue, guest satisfaction, cost control, waste minimisation).

Assist with opening/closing duties of the outlet when required (setup, closing checks, handover)
