Job Title: Restaurant Partner Onboarding Specialist Salary: ₹35,000 (In-hand) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to lead seamless integration of our SaaS platform for restaurant partners. As a key representative, you will ensure a smooth onboarding journey, resolve queries, and strengthen partner relationships, all while maintaining high service standards and supporting long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise Gain in-depth understanding of the SaaS platform’s features, functionalities, and technical components. Restaurant Onboarding Plan and execute tailored onboarding programs for new restaurant partners. Digitally map restaurant layouts and configurations within the platform. Partner Support Address partner queries via phone, email, or on-site visits regarding operational or technical issues. Relationship Management Build strong rapport with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to drive engagement and trust. Quality Experience Delivery Ensure exceptional onboarding experiences to boost Net Promoter Score (NPS) and satisfaction. Process Improvement Identify gaps and suggest enhancements in onboarding flows, tools, and documentation. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with Central Operations, Sales, and Product teams for smooth partner activation and issue resolution. Key Skills & Requirements: Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Onboarding / Support / Customer Success). Working knowledge of SaaS platforms (Food tech or restaurant software experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand terms. Skilled in managing multiple onboarding workflows with proper documentation. Desirable: Background in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Reserve Go or equivalent). Exposure to tools like CRM, onboarding trackers, or project management tools. Performance Metrics: Onboarding Completion Rate Net Promoter Score (NPS) Customer Retention Rate Time-to-Value (TTV) Quality and accuracy of documentation Why Join Us?
