Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Manage staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve overall efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.

Job Requirements
