We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team, ensure seamless daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service across all departments. Lead and train a team of 30–40 staff members to deliver top-quality customer service. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies efficiently. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues. Prepare staff rosters, delegate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with the management team to implement promotional activities and operational improvements.   Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of restaurant software (POS systems, inventory management tools) is an added advantage. Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak hours.
