Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About Us

We are a rapidly growing food & hospitality company operating multiple verticals including cloud kitchens, canteen meal deliveries, corporate catering, premium catering, and restaurant management services. Our kitchens are ISO-certified and we cater to diverse clients ranging from individuals to corporates.

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager who can lead and oversee our kitchen and food operations with strong organizational and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of commercial kitchen operations ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

Oversee cloud kitchen operations, timely preparation, and dispatch of online orders.

Manage canteen meal deliveries, ensuring punctuality, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Lead planning & execution for corporate catering and large-scale events.

Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations (where applicable) including service standards, staff deployment, and guest satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Prepare and track budgets, sales targets, and performance reports.

Recruit, train, and manage staff for kitchens, catering, and restaurant functions.

Coordinate with management to plan new initiatives, promotions, and service expansions.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Requirements

Graduate in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Culinary Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in F&B operations / cloud kitchens / catering / restaurants.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Computer literacy is a must – should be comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, POS systems, and online ordering dashboards.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak event seasons.
