Restaurant Manager

COMPANY:- ACORN GOURMET PVT LTD (THE SANCTUARY BAR AND KITCHEN)

DEPARTMENT:- FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

POSITION:- RESTAURANT MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

2) Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

3) Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Regularly review product quality

4) Organize and supervise shifts

5) Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

6) Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

7) Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

8) Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

9) Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

10) Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

11) Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

REQUIREMENT SKILLS:

1) Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.

2) Proven customer service experience as a manager.

3) Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.

4) Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Open Table and Peach Works Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

6)BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
