Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
  • Monitor sales performance, control costs, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory control, procurement, and stock management to minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Sound understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Knowledge of FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards
