Customer service: Ensure a positive customer experience by handling complaints, managing reservations, and motivating staff to provide excellent service.
Health and safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food safety standards.
Quality control: Maintain the quality of food, service, and the overall dining experience.
