Roles and Responsibilities Looking for a Senior F&B Manager to handle entire restaurant & bar operators at a premium outlet at the leading food hub 32nd Avenue in Gurgaon. Managing Day-to-Day operations: Managing Daily & Monthly reporting SOPs. Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives set for the restaurant. Leading the F&B team: Training, motivating and supervising existing competent staff by setting Key Areas of Responsibility (KRAs) for each team member. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant spaces. Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction: Handling guest queries, complains and incorporating customer feedback with the F&B team. Coordinating monthly excise, bar and kitchen audits and maintaining cost control. Maintaining relationships with excise, food aggregators, Alcohol brands and other collaborators. Handling all maintenance related work in the restaurant to ensure smooth operations. Handling all Annual Maintenance Contracts with vendors. Handling HR and compliances for the company. Coordinating Marketing and Business development activitie s for the restaurant. Generating business leads and corporate enquiries for group bookings. Required Candidate profile The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. Looking for an experienced manager who has worked in a 5 star or top rated European restaurant with a good understanding of the Gurgaon market in food & bar. Experience of minimum 5-10 years with known 5-star hotels, stand-alone restaurants or high end bars. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills. Candidate should be fluent in English. Looking for a Head Chef for handling running operations and team for a premium restaurant in Gurgaon. Head Chef is responsible for the full management of kitchen operations (from concept to execution). Role & responsibilities Preparation of highest quality European,. continental and multi- cuisine menus. Hire, train and supervise kitchen personnel including setting performance standards, monitoring performance and setting highest quality cleanliness standards. Maintaining highest hygiene and cleaning standards in kitchen. Identify new culinary techniques and presentations. Develop new menus and item pricing. Purchase food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and monitor inventory to manage food costing. Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for smooth functioning of kitchen. Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitised and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations Stay current on restaurant industry trends. Work in coordination with operations and service team. Preferred candidate profile At least 8-10 years of experience required. Should be knowledgeable in Hot & Cold section. Has worked as Sous Chef/Head/ executive Chef in 5 star Hotel or well Known restaurant in Delhi NCR. Bakery knowledge preferred. IHM/Equivalent culinary degree preferred.
