Job Description

Looking for a Head Chef for handling running operations and team for a premium restaurant in Gurgaon. Head Chef is responsible for the full management of kitchen operations (from concept to execution).

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of highest quality European,. continental and multi- cuisine menus.
Hire, train and supervise kitchen personnel including setting performance standards, monitoring performance and setting highest quality cleanliness standards.
Maintaining highest hygiene and cleaning standards in kitchen.
Identify new culinary techniques and presentations.
Develop new menus and item pricing.
Purchase food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and monitor inventory to manage food costing.
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for smooth functioning of kitchen.
Ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitised and clean in accordance with company standards and health code regulations
Stay current on restaurant industry trends.
Work in coordination with operations and service team.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 8-10 years of experience required.
Should be knowledgeable in Hot & Cold section.
Has worked as Sous Chef/Head/ executive Chef in 5 star Hotel or well Known restaurant in Delhi NCR.
Bakery knowledge preferred.
IHM/Equivalent culinary degree preferred.
Salary: INR 50,000 to 80,000 per month.
Looking for Immediate joining.
