Restaurant Manager

Role & Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and excellence.Supervise, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver memorable dining experiences.Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism.Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless food & beverage delivery.Monitor quality, hygiene, and service standards in line with brand guidelines.Plan and implement guest engagement activities to enhance restaurant experience.Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest preferences.Identify and promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Maintain reports on restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and sales.Desired Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related disciplineStrong experience in Food & Beverage operations and guest serviceExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProven ability in team management and trainingStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of restaurant management software is an advantagePrior experience with a reputed hospitality brand is preferredIf you are passionate about hospitality and committed to creating exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.📩 Please share your CV at:📧 hr.forthouse@seleqtionshotels.com| neha.lakhyani@tajhotels.c
