Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including dining, kitchen, and service staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints or issues.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and financial reports.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, licensing, and legal regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
