Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and organized Cafe Manager to lead the daily operations of our cozy and community-driven café. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a genuine love for food, coffee, and customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values teamwork, and enjoys nurturing a positive and inclusive atmosphere—both for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and scheduling.

Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene are maintained at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Manage stock levels, order supplies.

Monitor sales, budgets, and profitability; implement strategies to improve performance.

Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Confident leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Passion for customer service and high-quality food and beverage.
