Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking various continental dishes according to standard recipes. Station Management: Managing an assigned kitchen station independently during service, ensuring smooth operations. Quality Control: Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet standards. Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation, adhering to food safety regulations (FSSAI) Inventory Management: Assisting in planning and inventory management, as directed by the Sous Chef/CDP. Food Storage: Following proper food storage and labeling procedures. Training: Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, as needed. Other Duties: Assisting in other kitchen tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef/CDP. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
