SERVICE CAPTAIN
- The primary goal is to give customers high-quality service.
- Recommend dishes from the menu as per customer needs
- Be able to enthusiastically interact with the customer
- Knowledge of English and ability to communicate in English is required
- Ensure proper order flow, serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
- Keep the dining areas clean and organized
- be able to provide feedback and recommendations on improvements in menu and service
- Basic computer knowledge is required
