About the role:

The restaurant captain will oversee the smooth operation of the dining area and provide excellent customer service to guests. Here are some key responsibilities and duties of the restaurant captain:

Supervising the dining room

Guest management

Training and mentoring

Order coordination

Upselling and menu knowledge

Handling payments

Reservations and event management

Requirements:-

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role

Proven customer service experience as a captain

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

Familiarity with restaurant management software

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
