Job Description

Industry & Sector:

Hospitality — Full-service restaurants and food & beverage operations servicing urban and high-footfall locations across India. This is an on-site, operational leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitable restaurant operations.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L for the outlet: drive revenue growth, manage COGS and operating expenses, and deliver monthly financial targets.
  • Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams—recruit, train, schedule, coach, and conduct performance reviews to build high-performing staff.
  • Ensure superior guest experiences: monitor service standards, resolve escalations, and implement guest-feedback improvements.
  • Control inventory and procurement: oversee stock forecasting, ordering, vendor relations, and minimise waste through robust controls.
  • Maintain strict food-safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (HACCP/BIS/local regulations); coordinate health inspections and audits.
  • Run daily operations—optimise shift rotas, manage POS reporting, conduct reconciliation, and implement SOPs for consistent quality.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years managing a full-service restaurant or multi-unit QSR with direct P&L responsibility.
  • Proven expertise in cost control, inventory management, vendor negotiation, and basic financial reporting.
  • Strong team leadership skills with hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and shift management.
  • Working knowledge of food-safety standards (HACCP) and practical experience with POS & MS Excel reporting.

Preferred

  • Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or related hospitality qualification and/or exposure to multi-location operations.
