Job Description

Experience:

5–7 years in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in restaurant chains.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

Support implementation of corporate strategies and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with timely reporting (cost trackers, daily reports, etc.).
Assist in inventory management and maintenance of equipment records.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly.
Build positive relationships with guests and internal teams.
Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are maintained.

Financial Management

Assist in achieving revenue targets and maximizing profitability.
Help manage costs and ensure adherence to financial policies and reporting.
Support inventory checks and efficient use of resources.

Operations

Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Conduct regular food tastings and monitor freshness.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization across the outlet.

Personnel Management

Supervise staff appearance, punctuality, and adherence to policies.
Support employee training, coaching, and development.
Assist in scheduling and fostering a positive work culture.

Marketing & Innovation

Monitor market trends and support promotional activities.
Encourage creativity and innovation among employees.

Other Duties

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and attend required training sessions.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
