Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
