Job Description

Role Objectives

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Lead and manage the restaurant staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
Drive business growth by optimizing operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Core Deliverables

Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff for smooth shifts.
Monitor inventory, stock, and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer feedback & escalations professionally.
Track daily sales, costs, and performance reports.
Implement promotions or offers to increase revenue.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
Problem-solving and customer service mindset

Preferred (Add-on):

MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting
Experience with POS systems & restaurant management software

Experience

Hands-on: Minimum 2–4 years in hospitality / restaurant operations
Total Industry: 3–6 years in customer service, F&B, or hospitality management
Prior experience as Assistant Manager / Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
