Role Description – Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including dining area, service, and coordination with the kitchen
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs and wastage
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively and professionally
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per FSSAI and hotel policies
• Work closely with hotel management to plan menus, offers, and events
• Ensure compliance with all operational and administrative procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum

  6 years of experience

  in Restaurant or F&B Management
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on knowledge of restaurant software, billing systems, and inventory tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
