Job Description

This position is for our Fine-dining restaurant, China Club in Gurugram.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service flow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for premium supplies.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team.
Conduct regular service briefings and performance evaluations.
Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
Monitor budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
Prepare reports on sales and inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a managerial role within a fine dining or similar hospitality environment.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
