We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, elevate the guest experience, and drive operational excellence.

Job Summary:

As the Restaurant Manager at CDeli Modern Bistro, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You’ll lead and motivate staff, ensure high standards of food and service quality, manage inventory and budgets, and embody the spirit of hospitality that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house staff.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on respect, accountability, and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Guest Experience

  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through outstanding service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage labor costs, food costs, and other operating expenses.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Inventory & Ordering

  • Track inventory and place orders for FOH supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen management for food and beverage coordination.
  • Work with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.

Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate on local marketing efforts and promotional events.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Analyze reports and provide feedback to ownership on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a restaurant manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality standards and FOH operations.
  • Familiarity with restaurant software (POS, reservations, inventory systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
