Restaurant General Manager

A restaurant general manager oversees all daily operations, including staff management, financial control, and customer satisfaction, to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably. Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing budgets and inventory, developing strategies for sales growth, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality service. Key responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate all restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and analyze financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
• Operations Oversight: Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory and Procurement: Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies, track stock, and reduce waste.
• Marketing and Strategy: Collaborate on marketing efforts, develop promotions, and implement strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality and service delivery.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a senior leadership role in the food industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
